Here is a general idea of treatment techniques that are used.  Each session is catered to the individual and may include some or all of these techniques. 
 
Therapeutic Massage:  A specific type of massage therapy that concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body. By using deep pressure and slow, firm strokes, this treatment style of  massage is used to treat a variety of physical ailments. 
Myofascial Release: A very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This technique is done without oil or lotion.

Relaxation Massage:  Full body massage using soothing gentle strokes to balance the nervous system, decreasing stress. It improves circulation which increases oxygen to vital organs and aids in detoxification.  It will also aid in the healing of soft tissue injuries.​
Pre and Post Natal Massage: Performed during and after pregnancy massage can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes as well as newborn health.
Breast Massage:  An effective technique that facilitates recovery from breast trauma, syndromes and problems.  Specific massage techniques help to increase blood flow, decrease toxins, release muscle and fascial tension. It is a safe and respectful session for women that can provide support emotionally and physically.
